Tropical storm Dean alarm for French West Indies by SXM Cyclone

Tropical storm DEAN, with a statute of hurricane of category 2 or 3, is reinforced and it was located at 23h00 local to 2085 km in the East of the French West Indies (Antilles Françaises).
